Abstract:   (9246 Views)
One of the objections of civil procedure is objection correlate claims. Iranian legislator in Articles 84 and 89 of Civil Procedure Code, just talk about the associated objection and results of its acceptance in abridgement, and does not determine the time and reference of objection, objector person and also the result of objection rejecting. However, French legislator, in its civil procedure code approved in 1975, in addition to expressing the objection sentences in general, in its Articles 73 and 74, almost very successfully specifically determines the sentences of objection associated in Articles 100 to 107. With a comparative analysis of Iran and French civil procedure law we should accept that we need specific acts to be approved about the time, place and objector person of associated objection in Iran civil procedure law, and also the result of acceptance and rejection of objection should be determined clearly.
